Feb 26, 2021 · Now it just cranks, between 1500 and 1800psi. I bought a brand new filter head/filter, still no change. Bought MA rebuild kit. Found a crushed o-ring in the brand new filter head. Replaced all seals, still no change. Bought driver side fuel rail with new sensors, no change. Primer gets hard about 5-8 pumps, still no start.

Question: Will not having my radiator, core support, intercooler hooked up allow for the truck to crank but no start? All ground wires are hooked up, the two on the bottom front side of the block, and the one on the back driver side head. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Try installing the original FPR back in. Inspect the fuel lines to/from the CP4 and make sure they are not dry rotted/cracked or kinked in any way. Inspect all fuses.
