If you'd put in enough invalid information you would've gotten the bad pop-up, which shows an invalid card. A bad pop-up doesn't necessarily mean you failed. There have been false positives. But Pearson is unlikely to refund you if you passed.

If it pops up with a message that says "our records indicate you recently scheduled another test" it's extremely likely that you passed.
