I just finished NBME 10 and scored a 247, and my exam is in 8 days. I got a 249 on the NBME 9 exam last week. Form 10 was supposed to be better, based on what I'm reading in this group. Definitely a hard test.BUT 2 points should be mentioned. 1)It has a generous curve which balances the difficulty 2)Unfortunately real life patients almost never have the absolutely typical presentation like uw qs on step 1. Scored 239 on NBME 10. Exam is in 5 days. Feel low cos I always wanted to hit at least 250. Perfect. Set a tentative date for ck. Your step 1 knowledge would help you greatly. Get amboss and dig in. Do uworld with incorrects, then around March or April is when usmlerx or amboss self assessment are rolled. Do them to set your baseline and then focus on your weaknesses.
